Terms & Conditions of the b9apk Platform

1 Introduction

Welcome to b9apk (hereinafter referred to as "b9apk", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). b9apk is an internationally licensed online casino and sports betting platform operating under an International Gaming Authority licence and designed specifically for the Pakistani market. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and b9apk.

By accessing the b9apk website, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager — whether on casino games, sports markets, or any other product available through the Platform — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

b9apk reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

• "Account" means a registered b9apk player account associated with a unique username, email address, and PKR wallet.
• "Platform" means the b9apk website, mobile-optimised web application, and all products and services accessible through them.
• "User" / "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on b9apk and meets the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• "Funds" means the PKR balance held in a User's b9apk Account, including deposited amounts and credited bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by b9apk pursuant to any bonus or promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a casino game, sports market, or any other product available on the Platform.
• "EasyPaisa" / "JazzCash" means the Pakistani mobile wallet payment services integrated with b9apk for deposits and withdrawals.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the native currency of the b9apk Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by b9apk before processing withdrawals or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable law or by b9apk's licensing conditions.

3 Eligibility

Access to and use of the b9apk Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during the User's active use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. b9apk enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Registering or attempting to use the Platform if you are under 21 is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or automated system) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of any Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a b9apk employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest with Platform use.
• You must not be self-excluded from the Platform under any active self-exclusion agreement with b9apk.

By registering an Account, you warrant that all of the above eligibility conditions are met and that the information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to notify b9apk promptly if any of these conditions cease to be met during the life of your Account.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of b9apk products and services, you must create a single registered Account. The following rules apply to Account registration and management:

• One Account per person: Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on b9apk. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. b9apk reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate associated balances without notice.
• Accurate information: You must provide your real full name, a valid email address, a valid Pakistani phone number, and a date of birth that truthfully reflects your age at the time of registration. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. b9apk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Notification of unauthorised access: You must notify b9apk support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact us at [email protected].
• KYC verification: b9apk may request identity documents — including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or proof of payment method — at any stage. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification will have withdrawals withheld until the process is completed.
• Account inactivity: Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. b9apk reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month to dormant accounts after providing advance notice to the registered email address.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

b9apk supports PKR-denominated deposits and withdrawals through EasyPaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees. The following terms govern financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
• Deposit processing: EasyPaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your b9apk Account instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer and card deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect, depending on the issuing institution.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to Users who have completed KYC verification. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that is registered in your own name and that matches the identity details on your b9apk Account.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time: EasyPaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Wagering requirement on deposits: Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing review before withdrawal, to prevent money laundering through the Platform. b9apk reserves the right to request evidence of genuine game play before approving any withdrawal request.
• Transaction fees: b9apk does not charge transaction fees for standard EasyPaisa and JazzCash deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are outside b9apk's control and will be borne by the User.
• Currency: All balances, transactions, and statements on b9apk are denominated in PKR. No foreign currency conversion is applied.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

b9apk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified Users who are 21 years of age or older and who are not self-excluded from the Platform.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per User, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements on b9apk are between 20x and 40x the bonus amount.
• Real-money Funds and Bonus Funds are held separately in your Account. Real-money Funds may be withdrawn at any time, subject to Section 5 conditions. Bonus Funds and associated winnings are locked until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering contributions from different game types may vary. Slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live casino games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms.
• b9apk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn while a User is mid-wagering, the User will retain any Bonus Funds already credited but will not receive additional promotional credit.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, exploiting loopholes, or employing low-risk wagering strategies to extract bonus value — will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the b9apk Platform. Specific rules for individual sports markets, casino games, and other products are available within the relevant product section of the Platform.

• All bets are placed at the User's sole discretion and risk. Once a bet has been confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the User, except where a specific cancellation window is offered on the relevant product.
• b9apk reserves the right to void any bet that is placed at an erroneous price or odds resulting from a technical error, human error, or any other system malfunction. The User will be notified and the staked amount refunded to their Account.
• In-play (live) sports bets are subject to the odds and market availability at the exact time of bet placement. b9apk is not responsible for connectivity issues on the User's side that may affect the ability to place in-play bets.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, international T20s, and Test matches — are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published in the sportsbook section. In the event of match abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with those rules.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and may vary by game, sport, event, and User profile. b9apk reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any Account at any time without prior notice.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and RNG table games are available within the respective game information panels.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the b9apk Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using the Platform if you do not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3, including being under 21 years of age.
• Opening, operating, or using more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with b9apk.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, AI tool, or other system to access, interact with, or place bets on the Platform without human intervention.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any other strategy whose primary purpose is to systematically exploit bonus terms or pricing inefficiencies rather than genuine entertainment.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, or with any b9apk employee, to gain an unfair advantage on any game or market.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, modify, or otherwise tamper with any aspect of the Platform's software, security systems, or RNG infrastructure.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing b9apk staff or other Users in any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

b9apk takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. Gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties. We provide the following tools and measures to help Users maintain control over their play:

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Requests to lower a limit take effect immediately; requests to raise a limit are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Users may set limits on the maximum amount they are willing to lose within a defined time period. Loss limits follow the same adjustment rules as deposit limits.
• Session time limits: Users may set maximum session durations, after which the Platform will automatically log them out.
• Self-exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between 1 month and 5 years, or a permanent self-exclusion. During self-exclusion, the Account is locked and cannot be reopened until the exclusion period has expired (except in the case of permanent self-exclusion, which is irreversible).
• Reality checks: The Platform provides session-time notifications to remind Users how long they have been playing.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the b9apk Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform — is the intellectual property of b9apk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of b9apk.

Any unauthorised use of b9apk's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws. b9apk reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b9apk, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, including during high-traffic events such as PSL finals or major cricket internationals, due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond b9apk's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information or odds displayed on the Platform that are subsequently found to contain an error.
• Any financial loss resulting from gambling activity on the Platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that all wagers are placed at your own risk.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit b9apk's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate the user-platform relationship at any time. The following terms apply:

• Closure by User: You may close your Account at any time by contacting b9apk support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to the withdrawal conditions in Section 5 and completion of any applicable KYC process. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
• Closure by b9apk: b9apk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, if: (a) a breach of these Terms is identified; (b) fraudulent activity is suspected or confirmed; (c) the User no longer meets the eligibility requirements; (d) we are required to do so under applicable law or the direction of a regulatory authority; or (e) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
• Upon termination for cause (breach, fraud, or regulatory requirement), b9apk reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a violation is confirmed, forfeiture of the balance may apply.
• Sections 8, 10, 11, and 13 of these Terms shall survive termination of your Account and remain in full force.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the User's use of the Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b9apk holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and b9apk, we strongly encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to attempt to resolve the matter informally. The majority of account and transaction queries can be resolved quickly through our 24/7 live chat support.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable international arbitration body specified in b9apk's licensing terms. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent b9apk from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

14 Amendments to These Terms

b9apk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, b9apk will:

• Update the "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page.
• Where reasonably practicable, notify registered Users via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
• For significant changes affecting User rights, provide a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the new Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the b9apk Platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 12.

b9apk recommends that all Users review these Terms periodically to stay informed of the current rules governing their use of the Platform.
